About NCUFSO

The National Capital Union For Security Officers (NCUFSO) was born out of necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when many of us were searching for stability and meaningful change. What began as a response to crisis has evolved into a powerful movement for better conditions and stronger representation for security officers.

Our leadership team brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the security industry, serving both federal government contracts and private commercial sites across the nation’s capital. That deep-rooted knowledge fuels our fight for fairness, dignity, and respect on the job.
